1. Services
Hykvra Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a product development studio specializing in SaaS and AI product development. Our services include MVP development, AI integration, product design, and ongoing retainer-based development.
2. Engagement & Scope
All project engagements begin with a consultation to define scope, timeline, and deliverables. A detailed scope of work (SOW) will be provided and must be agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope may incur additional costs.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements
- Typical structure: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery (may vary per project)
- Monthly retainer clients are billed at the start of each billing cycle
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and non-proprietary components across projects. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, project specifics, or proprietary data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
We deliver work to the best of our professional ability. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or user growth from our deliverables. All services are provided "as is" after delivery and acceptance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. In case of termination, you will be billed for work completed up to the termination date. Any materials produced will be delivered upon payment of outstanding amounts.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
